 DESCRIPTION  A proposed 6 storey educational building at NUS School of Design and Environment with a focus on integrating education, fostering industry and international collaborations through test-bedding and developing relevant green building technology. The building's existing foundations were to be exposed during excavation of a 2 storey basement below the existing adjacent structures.
